Time:  4:30 a.m. Location:  4000 block of River Place Boulevard  The Austin Police Department (APD) Missing Persons unit is requesting the community’s assistance in locating 72-year-old Gloria Moore and two-year-old Journey Johnson. Their last known whereabouts were near the 4000 block of River Place Boulevard on Monday, February 12, 2024, at approximately 4:30 a.m.

 APD is concerned for Moore and Johnson’s well-being due to Moore’s medical condition. Gloria Moore is described as:

    

  • Black female
  • 72 years of age
  • 5’4” tall
  • 175 lbs.
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes

 Journey Johnson is described as:

    
  • Black female
  • Two years of age

 They were last seen traveling in a:

  • Honda Civic
  • Blue and Grey in color
  • 2019
  • Texas license plate: 4722L37
